Hands of Hope World Diabetes Day Invitational

IIn 2009, D-Mom Cathy Knight McConkey started asking people to write Hope on their hands and post a picture on Facebook.  Her intent:  to show chidren with T1 that they were not alone.  We think Cathy is on to something.  So do it any day or everyday but don't forget to do it on WDD!
